Standard delivery (Canada Post regular mail)

Returns and refunds  

Returns will be accepted for all standard stock products (provided the items are shipped back to seller at the buyers expense). You will have the option of refund or getting a replacement item sent to you with free standard shipping (expedited shipping available for a fee).

Returns on custom orders will NOT be accepted. A sample image/proof will be sent to the buyer and one revision/adjustment will be free (further revisions of the image will be subject to fees). Please provide as much detail as possible in your custom order request to ensure you get exactly what you want the first time around.

How long will it take you to complete an order?

I am currently working as a NICU nurse part-time so I complete orders around my schedule. For small orders I can complete within 2-3 days. Larger and custom orders could take up to 5 days to ship. Please contact me if you have a specific deadline and I will do my best to accommodate your request.

What are your shipping methods/times/prices?

How long does it take to process a return?

This completely depends on shipping times. I will have your item ready to mail back within 5 days.

Are your stickers waterproof?

All stickers are water resistant (unless otherwise specified). It is recommended you hand wash your items or place in top rack of dishwasher (no heat dry) to prolong the life of your stickers.

How do I apply my sticker?

Make sure your non porous surface is clean and dry. Smooth, flat surfaces offer the best adhesion and longevity. Textured surfaces may work but are not recommended.
